Implementing Plan No. 16/KH-UBND dated January 14, 2025 of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on organizing activities in response to the Month of Action on Labor Safety and Hygiene in 2025 Dong Nai province with the theme: "Strengthening, assessing, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure labor safety and hygiene at the workplace".
In order to effectively implement the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and implement related contents, DIZA requests that enterprises, based on the production conditions of the unit, closely coordinate with the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union to pay attention to and implement activities in response to the Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025, specifically as follows:
1. Develop a specific program and plan on occupational safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting to organize implementation at the enterprise.
2. Based on the actual conditions of the enterprise, organize a launching ceremony to respond to the Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025; Organize information dissemination and propaganda through the following forms: internal radio broadcasts, hanging banners, slogans promoting the Month of Action at the enterprise gate and the entrance area of production workshops; Disseminate articles and information from newspapers and radio stations on occupational safety and hygiene for workers to know, understand and implement.
3. Review and supplement regulations, procedures, signs, and barriers in dangerous areas with the risk of causing occupational accidents; conduct self-inspections and reviews of occupational safety technical measures in departments and workshops, and organize assessments of occupational safety and hygiene risks for each machine, equipment, material, and substance with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
4. Review, develop plans and organize full training on safe working techniques and skills for target groups as prescribed in Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 and Decree No. 140/2018/ND-CP dated October 8, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene on technical safety inspection activities, labor safety and hygiene training and labor environment monitoring.
5. Organize practical activities and demonstrations to handle technical incidents on labor safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting; practice first aid training for accidents caused by electric shock, poisoning, trauma, etc.
6. Launch emulation movements to ensure labor safety and hygiene in workshops, teams and groups; organize competitions for initiatives to improve working conditions and safe working measures; Commend and reward collectives and individuals who perform well in occupational safety and hygiene at enterprises; organize cleaning campaigns and plant trees in the enterprise area.
7. Deploy periodic health check-ups, timely detection and treatment of occupational diseases for workers; organize monitoring of the working environment to assess the harmful effects of harmful factors on workers.
8. Organize visits and encouragement to victims and families of victims of occupational accidents and diseases (if any); cultural and artistic exchanges incorporating propaganda content on occupational safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting...
After the Action Month, enterprises are requested to send reports (according to the attached form) to DIZA before 10th June 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
