In order to raise awareness of employers in preventing and reducing child labor in violation of the law, DIZA requests enterprises in the Industrial Parks to pay attention to and implement the following contents:Nhằm nâng cao nhận thức của người sử dụng lao động trong phòng ngừa, giảm thiểu trẻ em lao động sớm trái quy định của pháp luật. Ban Quản lý các Khu công nghiệp Đồng Nai đề nghị các doanh nghiệp tại các Khu công nghiệp quan tâm, thực hiện các nội dung:
1. Raising awareness of social responsibility in protecting children's rights.
2. Strictly comply with legal regulations on labor and child protection.
3. Establishing clear internal regulations on labor recruitment, ensuring age limits according to current regulations.
4. Regularly inspect, monitor and evaluate the labor situation in the enterprise, ensuring that there are no cases of children under the prescribed age working in the enterprise.
5. Based on the actual situation in the enterprise: place books, show videos or post posters... to promote saying no to child labor.
