On
May.19, 2020, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Decision
No. 1123 / QD-BTNMT on promulgating the Ministry of Natural Resources and
Environment's plan to implement Decree No. 45/2020 / ND-CP of August.4/2020
of the Government on implementation of administrative procedures in the
electronic environment.
Accordingly,
Decision No. 1123 / QD-BTNMT stipulates a number of main contents as follows:
The
implementation of administrative procedures on the electronic environment must
take organizations and individuals that require the implementation of
administrative procedures on the electronic environment as the center; Method
