On the morning of June 5, 2025, The Aquitara Impact Fund 1, Kingdom of Belgium visited and worked at Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) to learn about the investment situation in Dong Nai province.
After the successful working session on January 9, 2025 with the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, Aquitara Impact Fund 1, Kingdom of Belgium continued to work with the DIZA to learn about detailed information on a number of investment projects - construction and development of ecological industrial parks in Dong Nai.
The Aquitara Impact Fund 1, Kingdom of Belgium led by Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang, Senior Representative, Executive Director visited and worked at Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority. Receiving the delegation were Ms. Duong Thi Xuan Nuong – Deputy Head of DIZA, representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Agriculture and Environment and a number of industrial park infrastructure business units in the province.

At the meeting, Ms. Duong Thi Xuan Nuong briefly introduced the advantages of Dong Nai province. Dong Nai is a province with a location, synchronous transportation system, well-invested infrastructure, high-quality human resources and preferential policies to attract domestic and foreign investors to Dong Nai.

In particular, in the field of developing ecological industrial parks Aquitara Impact Fund 1 is deeply interested in strategic projects that Dong Nai province has planned and called for investment and wishes to have the opportunity to access detailed information about this project to study the investment potential.
Aquitara Impact Fund 1 is approaching the goal of completing the equity capital of 100 million euros, with a plan to disburse 25 million euros in 2025 for the treatment of Agent Orange/dioxin, and the remaining 75 million euros will be deployed according to demand in the following year.
At the meeting, Aquitara Impact Fund 1, Kingdom of Belgium expressed its support for the digital transformation of Dong Nai province.

Ms. Elisabeth Leysen -CEO of Aquitara Impact Fund 1 emphasized that this cooperation not only creates momentum for economic development but also helps the Fund complete two important tasks: promoting the treatment of Agent Orange/dioxin, contributing to healing the wounds of war, and at the same time building a green, modern and sustainable economic foundation for Vietnam in the new era.
