On February 11, 2025, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular No.03/2025/TT-BLDTBXH regulating standards for classifying labor by working conditions.

On January 6, 2025, the Government issued Decree No.05/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No.08/2022/ND-CP dated January 10, 2022 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection.

On December 31, 2024, the Government promulgated Decree No.180/2024/ND-CP prescribing value-added tax (VAT) reduction under the Resolution No.174/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly of Vietnam, which clearly stipulates the goods and services that will continue to have a 2% reduction in VAT from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.

On November 1, 2024, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 143/2024/ND-CP stipulating voluntary occupational accident insurance for workers not working under labor contracts.

On July 04, 2024, The Government promulgated the Decree on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 119/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-Korea Trade in Goods Agreement for the 2022-2027 period.

On 30 June, 2024 the Government promulgated Decree No.73/2024/NĐ-CP prescribing statutory pay rate and bonus policies for officials, public employees and armed forces.

On 30 June, 2024 the Government promulgated Decree No.74/2024/NĐ-CP prescribing statutory minimum wages paid to employees working under employment contracts.

On March 27, 2024, The Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam promulgates Circular No.04/2024/TT-BCT providing amendments to Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT dated June 25, 2014 of Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam prescribing rules of origin in the ASEAN - Korea Free Trade Agreement.
