​ On May 31 2021, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Decision No. 1078/QD-BTNMT on announcing the List of administrative procedures for receiving and returning results at the Office of Receiving and Returning Solution Results on administrative procedures of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Accordingly, administrative procedures received at the Office of Receiving and Returning results of administrative procedures of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment include: 04 procedures in the field of land, 15 procedures in the field of water resources, 15 procedures in the field of geology and minerals, 32 procedures in the field of environment, 07 procedures in the field of hydrometeorology, 03 procedures in the field of surveying and cartography, 08 procedures in the field of sea and islands, 09 procedures in the field of climate change, 01 procedure in the field of remote sensing, 01 procedure in other fields and 09 administrative procedures for interconnection.

Enterprises in industrial zones shall base themselves on Decision 1078/QD-BTNMT of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to make and submit administrative procedures in accordance with regulations.
