On August 8 2024, DongNai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No.34/2024/QD-UBND on promulgating the Regulation on coordination in environmental protection of industrial zones in DongNai province with effective from August 20 2024.

​​Regulations on coordination in environmental protection of industrial zones in DongNai province include 3 Chapters and 11 Articles regulating the content of coordination and coordination responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in the industry. State management of environmental protection for industrial zones in the province. Contents of coordinated implementation include:

+ Communicating and raising awareness of environmental protection for entities operating in industrial zones.

+ Handling administrative documents and procedures on environmental protection according to authority or authorization and decentralization for projects in industrial zones.

+ Checking, inspecting and supervising regularly or irregularly the compliance with legal regulations on environmental protection by enterprises in the industrial zones; Handling administrative violations in the field of environmental protection for organizations and individuals operating in industrial zones.

+ Resolving feedback, complaints, denunciations and disputes in the field of environment related to the industrial zones.

+ Preventing, responding and fixing environmental incidents occurring within the industrial zones.

+ Building a database, exploiting and using data on environmental protection in industrial zones.
