​On April 8, 2022, at the office of the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Parks (Management Board), Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc - Standing Vice Group of Dong Nai Support Industry Development Promotion Coordinator Group (Coordinator Group), and Two members of the Coordinator Group, Mr. Le Anh Duc - Principal of Dong Nai University and Ms. Duong Thi Hat - Head of Investment Management Department of the Management Board had a meeting with the delegation of Vietnam - Japan Institute for Human Resource Development (VJCC), led by Mr. To Binh Minh, Director of VJCC branch in Ho Chi Minh City, and Mr. Huynh Trong Duc, an expert in training and business support, who came to visit and work.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the activities of the VJCC Institute and the Coordinator Group, including the exchange of information and materials, the possibilities of organizing collaborative training programs, collaborative conferences, and other training activities....

 

VJCC Institute is a cooperation unit between Vietnam and Japan for developing high-quality human resource, located at Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and funded by the official development assistance (ODA) of Japanese government on training human resource for Vietnam. There are four main activities:

·        Business Courses, Consulting Services and Business Matching

·        Japanese Courses

·        Cultural exchange activities and Job Fair

·        Library

The VJCC Institute is conducting the Advanced Business Training program - Keieijuku, which has been in operation since 2009 and is funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA); mid-term and short-term business courses; Japanese training programs; and activities to promote cultural, educational, and economic exchanges between Vietnam and Japan, as well as other activities under the VJCC project.

Mr. Le Anh Duc shared the difficulties that students of Dong Nai University need to train, such as: Production Planning course, Approach to Manufacturing Loss Zero course, Inventory management Reviving your factory course,… and plans for the following phases, with the hope that VJCC Institute and Dong Nai University - a members of the Coordinator Group would strive together towards the same goal. Dong Nai University looks forward to further collaboration, assistance, and companionship with the VJCC Institute.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc also shared the Coordinator Group's activities in 2022. In 2022, the Coordinator Group will conduct a survey of approximately 30 - 50 domestic enterprises in order to create a database of support industry enterprises that seek to connect with domestic enterprises through direct connection via commercial activities hosted annually by the Provincial People's Committee and the Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade, and Industry. Furthermore, the Coordinator Group also assists enterprises in resolving various obstacles in the process of conducting business operations, co-ordinates with regional training centers to organize courses on developing management capacity, and innovation for leaders and managers of enterprises.
