​On the afternoon of August 24, 2022, at Dongnai College of High Technology (DCoHT), the event named "Human Resources Matching between students and Japanese enterprises in 2022" was held, attracting 212 students of the four schools: Dong Nai University, Lac Hong University, Vocational School of Economics and Technology No. 2, and Dongnai College of High Technology.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang - Vice Chairperson of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee attended and delivered a welcome speech at the conference. On behalf of the Leaders of Dong Nai People's Committee, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang shared about the results of the human resource development program in the manufacturing industry sponsored by JICA, which has trained more than 6,000 students so far, and over 2,000 graduates were introduced to Japanese enterprises for recruitment. The human resource program phase 2 is currently being implemented, and the province will review the phase 2 program at the end of the year and plan to build a 3S and Safety Practice Center to continue maintaining the program and to be the example for other localities.

 

 Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee decided to organize this annual human resource exchange event. Participating in the event, helping businesses to recruit suitable staff and helping students have opportunities to gain experience through interviewing with Japanese businesses.

In 2021, due to the epidemic, the province has made efforts to organize the event online. This year, the Conference held face-to-face exchanges, attracting 212 students from the four schools mentioned above and 17 Japanese businesses to participate. Preliminary summary after the conference, there were 172 exchanges and interviews with students from Japanese businesses. In which, 125 students were invited by enterprises for the second round of interviews.

 Madam Vice Chairperson also expressed his sincere thanks to the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCH), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), Pacific Resource Exchange Center (PREX), and Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI Kansai) have accompanied Dong Nai Province during the pastime.
