        At the meeting, the two sides shared about the activities of the Representative Office of Ikeda Senshu Bank in Ho Chi Minh City and the Coordinator Group, exchange of information and the ability to coordinate in implementing joint activities in order to match the domestic invested enterprises with the bank's customers who are Japanese enterprises (Business survey, capital financing, introduction to connect with customers in need, etc.).

           Ikeda Senshu Bank was established in 1951, headquartered in Osaka Prefecture - Japan with 139 branches and nearly 3,000 employees. The shares are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Representative office in Ho Chi Minh City was established in 2018, with address in District No.1, Ho Chi Minh City with the main purpose is to meet the business needs of customers in Vietnam.

          According to Mr. Hiroaki Watanabe, the Office currently receives a lot of demand from customers about sourcing in Vietnam (Cables, Food Additives, Locks, Multi-purpose Aluminum Building Materials, Furnace Products, plastic products, etc.), through the Kansai Regional Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, learned that the Coordinator Group is conducting a survey of domestic invested enterprises to connect with Japanese enterprises. Therefore, it is desirable to coordinate with the Coordinator Group to jointly support the connection for businesses that are customers of the bank.

          Through the working session, the two sides noted the contents of the exchange and will promote coordination of information on the activities of each party. The two sides will continue to discuss to find suitable solutions to support connectivity for Vietnamese and Japanese businesses.
