Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee of Dong Nai Province issued Document No. 4512/UBND-KTN on April 24, 2024, requesting departments, sectors, localities, and businesses to focus on effectively implementing measures to ensure traffic order and safety (ATGT), specifically as follows:

1. Propagate guidelines for people to choose the time, means of transportation, and routes for travel to minimize the risk of traffic accidents and congestion.
2. Promote self-compliance with traffic laws: "Do not drink and drive," do not overspeed, do not make reckless overtaking, do not run red lights, do not gather for street racing, stay in the correct lane, pay attention at intersections, do not exceed the prescribed number of passengers, wear standard helmets when riding motorcycles, motorbikes, electric bicycles, and avoid accidents at level crossings and inland waterways.
3. Develop passenger transportation plans to meet the travel needs of the people during the holidays of April 30-May 1, 2024, and the peak summer tourism of 2024; enhance traffic management to reduce congestion.
4. Strengthen patrol and control activities, strictly handle violations of traffic order and safety; effectively prevent illegal street racing.
5. Strengthen inspections of the safety conditions of transportation infrastructure structures; promptly remedy damaged sections of roads and infrastructure shortcomings.
6. The Departments of Education and Training, and Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs direct schools and educational institutions to enhance the work of ensuring traffic order and safety for school-age children in the new situation, requiring parents to educate and closely manage their children during the summer break, absolutely not allowing unqualified individuals to operate motorcycles or motorbikes in traffic.
7. Widely publicize hotline numbers on mass media to receive feedback from the public on traffic order and safety.
