​   On July 29, 2021, the Dong Nai Support Industry Development Promotion Coordinator Group had an online working session with Ms. Le Thi Dieu - Assistant Director of NV Precision Manufacturing Trading and Service Co., LTD, located at Quoc Phong Long Binh Industrial Park in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. Representatives of the Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI - Kansai), the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) and Japanese Business Connection specialist (Ms. Ogawa) had an online participation from Japan.

   NV Precision Manufacturing Trading and Service Co., Ltd was established in 2019, specializing in designing and processing industrial machine jigs and fixtures with high accuracy on all materials (copper, aluminum, plastic, steel - stainless steel...) for foreign-invested companies operating in Vietnam and exporting to the French market. The company currently has 2 factories in operation with an area of ​​1,000 m² and 500m² respectively in Quoc Phong Long Binh Industrial Park in Bien Hoa - Dong Nai being located at the junction of 3 industrial zones including Long Binh, Bien Hoa and Dong Nai as well as a bridge connecting the 3 localities of Dong Nai Province, Binh Duong Province and Ho Chi Minh City.

   After 3 years of operation which is not a long time but with the efforts and prestige of the company's leaders, the company has more and more grown. The company mainly outsources supporting industry products for Japanese companies (accounting for 60%), France and Korea... The company's products include all kinds of molds, screws, gears... made from different materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, plastic ....

  With production lines and modern equipment imported from abroad (Japan, Korea...), when starting business, the company invested in importing completely new machines, so the company’s products have high quality, being trusted, ordered and introduced to many other customers by FDI enterprises.

   Ms. Dieu says the company's growth is due to the trust of customers who place orders and then recommend their friends. First, the company outsources products for FDI enterprises which have a branch in Vietnam, then after meeting the standard requirements of the FDI enterprise’s branch in Vietnam, the company continues to sign a contract with the mother company located in France and exports products directly to the French market. This is a successful first step to prove the company's international standard processing capacity. In order to be able to expand the market and to be developed in the future, the company has now applied for the ISO 9001: 14,000 certificates, however, the certification process is being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

  NV Precision is able to meet the needs of customers through modern machinery and equipment along with a team of highly trained and experienced on-site personnel and rigorous quality control (tolerance being 1/1000). The processing and finishing stages of products are carried out in a closed procedure, so it is easy to control quality and to have competitive prices. In addition to the above-mentioned strengths, the company is also making daily efforts to improve and perfect the production process, applying quality standards, expanding and building the third factory with an area of ​​1,000 m² and participating in trade conferences, exhibitions and websites to advertise the company.

   At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc - a member of the coordinator team suggested the coordinator team support the company in building and applying 3S and safety activities in production, and members of the coordinator team from Dong Nai University, Lac Hong University, Dong Nai College of High Technology have their students visit and practice at the company and provide human resources for the company’s demand.
