Implementing plan No. 421/KH-UBATGTQG of the National Safety Traffic Committee, Dongnai's Safety Traffic Committee issued document No. 252/BATGT dated September 29, 2023 and No. 254/BATGT dated October 2, 2023 on respond to the plan to organize the 11th "Golden Steering Wheel" award in 2023 with the theme "Respecting the traffic law to build a safety traffic culture ".
The award is organized for the purpose of propagandizing and raising awareness of transport companies and drives in complementing traffic law and preventing traffic accidents; raise the roles and responsibilities of transport companies and drivers in ensuring safety traffic and implementing the safety traffic year in 2023; honoring transport units and drivers that have made many contributions to ensuring safety traffic and helping traffic accident victims.
- Subjects participate in the 11th "Golden Steering Wheel" award in 2023.
+ Individual: Drivers of transport passenger and goods units by car and city bus.
+ Company: Transport companies of transport passenger and goods units by car and city bus.
- The award criteria are prescribed in the Award Regulations (issued together with Plan No. 421/KH-UBATGTQG dated September 27, 2023 of the National Safety Traffic Committee).

- The award's dossiers for individuals and companies are prescribed in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 in the Award Regulations. Each transport company submit a maximum of 05 applications for the award, which are the best drivers.
- Time to receive dossiers: Applications should be sent to the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee before 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2023 and will not be received after the above time.
