1. Implementing the periodic labor reporting 2024
1.1 Forms and reporting time:
- Form 1 (Report on labor use situation 2024);
- Form 2 (Report on the implementation of legal regulations and policies for employees 2024);
- Reporting period: from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024;
- Deadline for submitting reports: before December 5, 2024.
Enterprises complete and submit to the Dong Nai Industrial Zonse Authority (No. 26, Road 2A, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai).
1.2 How to do it:

For reporting forms on occupational safety and hygiene, the situation of foreign labor use, including:
- Summary report on occupational accident situation;

- Report on the situation of foreign labor use;

1.4 Note to enterprises:
- The implementation of the full periodic labor reporting regime is one of the criteria for evaluating the legal compliance process of enterprises, serving as a basis for rewarding enterprises, considering granting APEC cards and related procedures;
- In case enterprises do not periodically report on labor, they will be punished according to Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP dated January 17, 2022 of the Government;
- Enterprises complete all reporting forms fully and send them to the agencies receiving the reporting forms according to the above instructions. In case the enterprise does not have information related to the content of the Reporting Form, it must still report according to regulations and clearly state "none".
2. Report on the salary and bonus situation for the Lunar New Year 2025

3. Develop and implement a plan on bonuses and stabilize labor relations at the enterprise.
- Make a plan for paying salaries and bonuses at the end of 2024 (salary level, bonus level and payment period...), Tet holiday plan, annual leave settlement (consider combining Tet holiday for workers in remote provinces who have conditions to visit their families);
- Coordinate with the Trade Union to deploy and notify the salary and bonus payment plan and Tet holiday plan to all employees. At the same time, organize dialogues with employees to collect opinions, understand their aspirations and promptly resolve problems. At the same time, mobilize employees to share the difficulties that the enterprise is facing regarding orders and production plans. Enterprises and employees work together to stabilize labor relations, minimize labor disputes and strikes;
- Ensure full and timely payment of salaries and bonuses to employees according to plan, and prevent the situation where the enterprise owes employees' salaries and bonuses; Consider providing material support and means of transportation for workers during the Lunar New Year.
4. Strengthen the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene, health care for workers, and prevention of occupational diseases.
- Provide information, propaganda, and education on harmful factors, occupational hygiene measures, and prevention of occupational diseases at the workplace for workers.
- Strictly comply with the provisions of the law on occupational hygiene; organize full occupational safety and hygiene training for target groups; improve working conditions; care for, improve health, and prevent occupational diseases for workers, especially those working in arduous, toxic, and dangerous jobs.
- Conduct self-inspection, risk assessment, and implement measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene to minimize the risk of occupational accidents and diseases.
- Strengthen coordination with trade union organizations to propagate and guide workers to comply with the law on occupational safety and hygiene and regulations, procedures, standards, norms and regulations on occupational safety and hygiene.
