Through statistical review, at enterprises in Dong Nai industrial parks, there are still many enterprises that have not fully developed or registered labor regulations according to the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code. Therefore, DIZA recommends that businesses pay attention and organize the implementation of the following contents:
1. Research and review the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code and Decree 145/2020/ND-CP to develop and supplement the enterprise's labor regulations, which must include the main contents according to the provisions of the above documents. For industrial park enterprises employing 10 or more workers, register labor regulations at DIZA.
2. Instructions for registering Labor Regulations online and sending results by post
Within 10 days from the date of promulgation of labor regulations, the enterprise must submit an application to register the internal regulations.
- Document components: Document requesting registration of labor regulations; Labor regulations; Written comments from the grassroots employee representative organization for places where there is a grassroots employee representative organization; The employer's documents contain regulations related to labor discipline and material responsibility (if any).
- How to proceed:
Step 1: Submit complete application documents online to the DIZA at page: www.dichvucong.dongnai.gov.vn.
Step 2: DIZA processes the enterprise's internal regulations registration documents. In case the rules have inappropriate content and need to be amended or supplemented, DIZA will have specific written instructions and will be sent to the business's registered email/zalo. After amending and supplementing, the enterprise must re-register the internal regulations according to step 1.
In case the enterprise's internal regulations are consistent with the regulations, after receiving information via email/zalo, the enterprise sends the original documents by post according to the stated document components (in which, the labor regulations are 02 originals) to the DIZA at No. 26, Street 2A, Bien Hoa II Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.
Step 3: DIZA sends the labor regulations registration results by post to the registered Company address.
