To effectively implement the directive of the Provincial People's Committee and carry out the related contents stated in Document No. 1258/UBND-HCC dated January 31, 2024, regarding the full implementation of issuing Judicial Record Certificates entirely in the electronic environment, the Management Board of Đồng Nai Industrial Zones notifies enterprises as follows:
"To facilitate citizens in performing procedures involving the use of judicial records in the electronic environment, the Department of Justice will issue electronic judicial record certificates (in parallel with issuing paper judicial record certificates).
Accordingly, when citizens apply for a Judicial Record Certificate, they will be informed and guided on how to register to receive an additional electronic judicial record. In case citizens need an additional electronic copy, the Department of Justice will receive, process, and return the results to citizens through one of the following three methods:
- Sending results via Zalo: The Department of Justice of Đồng Nai province sends the results directly to the requester's Zalo account.
- Emailing results: The Department of Justice sends the results to the requester's email address.
- Providing results via the provincial e-government service portal: The Department of Justice sends the results to the personal/organizational account that requested the issuance of the judicial record certificate on the provincial e-government service portal."
